Our mission is to break the cycles of housing instability, neighborhood blight, and poverty in Memphis. We accomplish this by providing foundational, affordable housing to those who have served our nation, built our communities, and are seeking a second chance. We believe that a safe home is the first step toward a stable life.
We are dedicated combatants in the fight against urban decay. We actively acquire and transform blighted and vacant properties—the very symbols of neglect—into beautiful, safe, and affordable homes. This work does more than house people; it restores dignity, stabilizes blocks, deters crime, and rebuilds community pride.
Our commitment extends beyond our walls. We advocate for the children of our community, fighting for safe afterschool havens that provide alternatives to the streets.
